• All luxury dust bags, protective plastic wrappings, security tags, and branded packaging must be returned intact.
• Mini Perfumes and Fragrances must strictly remain sealed in their original unopened cellowrap package.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable once received:

• Unsealed or opened perfume bottles.
• Pierced jewelry and earrings.
• Clearance, promotional, or Final Sale items.
• Items showing signs of handling, wear, or alteration past delivery.

4. How to Submit a Return

Return requests are processed exclusively through your verified client account on our website:

• Log in to your account profile.
• Navigate to Order History and choose the item you wish to return.
• Click Request Return within 7 days of delivery and submit your request.
• Follow the step-by-step return shipping instructions provided once approved.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item arrived damaged or incorrect. We advise using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held liable for lost return shipments.
